01 About Hello Pest Control CA

Hello Pest Control CA provides pest-management and related services, including services relating to pests such as ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, rodents, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, termites, and other pests, subject to availability and applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

Our website currently promotes services in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding communities. We may serve additional locations across Canada as service availability, licensing, regulatory, operational, and geographic requirements permit.

02 Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

A service agreement is formed only when Hello Pest Control CA and the customer agree to the applicable service, price, scope, timing, and other material terms.

05 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information relevant to the pest issue and property.
• Providing reasonable access to areas that must be inspected or treated.
• Following preparation, treatment, re-entry, sanitation, exclusion, monitoring, and other instructions provided by Hello Pest Control CA or its technicians.
• Disclosing known conditions that could materially affect safety or treatment, including relevant occupants, pets, sensitive areas, or prior treatments where requested.
• Taking reasonable steps to prevent conditions that may contribute to pest activity where such steps are communicated as part of the service.

06 Pest Treatments and Regulatory Compliance

Pest-control treatments may involve physical, mechanical, biological, chemical, exclusion, sanitation, monitoring, or other methods depending on the circumstances. Where pesticides or other regulated pest-control products are used, they will be used subject to applicable federal, provincial, territorial, municipal, licensing, label, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Customers must follow all safety instructions provided in connection with a treatment. Treatment results can depend on factors outside the company's control, including the nature of the infestation, building conditions, sanitation, access, neighbouring properties, reinfestation, and customer compliance with instructions.

07 Satisfaction Guarantees and Treatment Results

Where Hello Pest Control CA expressly offers a satisfaction guarantee or treatment warranty, the specific terms communicated in the applicable service agreement, quotation, invoice, or treatment documentation govern that guarantee.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, no representation in these Terms should be interpreted as a guarantee that pests will never return, that a property will remain permanently pest-free, or that every infestation can be eliminated through a single treatment.

08 Appointments, Cancellations, and Access

Appointment availability is subject to scheduling and operational capacity. Customers should provide accurate contact and access information and promptly notify Hello Pest Control CA of circumstances that may prevent a scheduled service.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, missed-appointment, preparation, or access charges will apply only where disclosed to the customer in the applicable service terms, quotation, booking confirmation, or other agreement.

09 Fees and Payment

Prices for services are communicated through quotations, estimates, service agreements, invoices, or other customer communications. Unless otherwise stated in writing, website content does not constitute a binding price quotation.

The Website does not currently process online customer payments. Payment arrangements, due dates, accepted payment methods, and applicable taxes will be communicated separately.

10 Intellectual Property
